For those writers who can't get published and don't know why, local author Betty Webb offers creative support at a free workshop from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18 at the Mustang Library, 10101 N. 90th St.
Webb, the former book reviewer for the Scottsdale Tribune and the author of the Lena Jones mystery series, will offer manuscript critiques for fiction and non-fiction authors and writing instruction.
